• Serve as the primary process engineer responsible for wafer cleaning • Work with 3rd party suppliers to evaluate best cleaning practices • Conduct hands-on experiments to optimize performance • Respond to customer feedback for quality improvement • Develop robust quality control procedures • Analyze metrology data to ensure proper running of processes • Ensure a safe work environment by maintaining tool health • Work cross-functionally to make process improvements • Collect, summarize and present results to team members
• MS or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience (or BS with 5+ years) • Outstanding detail-oriented analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills • Experience with wafer-cleaning processing equipment • Extensive experience with chemical safety procedures • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive “can do” attitude
