Description
• Implementing and maintaining quality engineering processes • Inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products • Collaborating with production leadership • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements • Leading supplier audits and APQP • Participating in design reviews • Developing forms and instructions for quality data • Leading multidisciplinary effort in Root Cause analysis • Leading MRB meetings and quality processes implementation • Managing multiple projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or similar technical degree required • Three to five years of experience in work related to manufacturing quality or supplier quality engineering in an automotive or aerospace industry or equivalent • ASQ Certifications preferred • Knowledge of ISO-9001:2018 or IATF 16949 standard desired • Understanding of quality core tools, analytical and problem-solving skills required • Strong understanding of drive unit and powertrain • Ability to travel up to 25%
