• Manage full cycle accounting process, including but not limited to, preparing journal entries, maintaining fixed asset and depreciation schedules, maintaining intercompany allocation • Perform comprehensive reconciliation of capitation payments and account true-up, and communicate results to stakeholders • Perform various complex accounting ledger reconciliations for multiple entities with a high degree of accuracy • Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for multiple entities in connection with preparing the consolidated financial statements and disclosures on GAAP and Statutory basis • Monitor and communicate irregularity/variance to the Controller and the rest of Finance team • Support the audit process and ensure that findings and recommendations are enforced consistently across organization • Assist with other projects and process improvement initiatives as necessary • Responsible for updating and upholding SOPs and internal controls across the company
• 5 years of experience and can demonstrate a full understanding of full cycle accounting, consolidation accounting concepts, practices, and procedures • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Accounting Standard • Prior experience in Healthcare or Healthcare Insurance industry • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields • Proficient in MS Office programs and Google Suites • Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus • Meticulous while being adaptable and able to work to work in a fast-paced environment with limited resources • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels • Practical problem-solver, highly organized, and self-motivated • CPA
