• Define and own the Harness Enterprise vertical messaging and positioning; focusing on GameChange in the near term while developing a long-term vision • Flawlessly execute product and marketing launches, coordinating across a complex set of stakeholders; own the strategic marketing roadmap • Drive a customer insights and research agenda that informs product and marketing. Develop an industry perspective that inspires confidence. • Build and maintain close relationships and clear communication; working closely with legal as well as multiple creative agencies • Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to develop and maintain a robust roadmap of features rooted in customer and market insights
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing • Experience in consumer fintech supporting consumer-facing product • Demonstrates clear history of successful go to market launches • Demonstrates clear history of complex stakeholder management • Champion the voice of the business customer and end consumer
