Description

• Establish the data & process foundation for product and general analytics at Harvey • Partner with Product, Exec Team, GTM, & Finance to create and maintain standard dashboards that measure business health • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders • Partner with engineering to define data schemas, data models, and make technology decisions • Analyze and synthesize competitive dynamics and customer insights to highlight opportunities to improve our business

Requirements

• 3-9 years of experience in an analytics focused role - analytics engineer, data engineer or analyst / consultant with a strong engineering background • Expert at answering product questions & crafting narratives with data • Expert with SQL, dbt, Python, and other common analytics tools • Eager to move fast & drive impact — you’d rather build an imperfect data model quickly that is used by many people than a perfect data model that collects dust • Expertise at both defining the right metrics as well as diagnosing and understanding data inconsistencies • Strong communication with the ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships • Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Product, GTM, and Finance • Big picture thinking while still delivering on the details • Experience in a B2B / commercial environment
