Description
• Assist with transition from third party accounting firm to in-house accounting processes • Prepare journal entries and perform other day-to-day accounting activities • Support the month end close process to provide for accurate US GAAP financial statements • Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams on metrics, flux analysis, and forecast • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to streamline close • Identify and drive process improvements to gain efficiencies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related; CPA or equivalent required • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience • Public accounting experience (Big 4 strongly preferred) • Strong knowledge of US GAAP • Proven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc); must be highly proficient in Excel, Google Docs
