Description

• Highly skilled Senior Proposal Writer role • Organizing and crafting original content for proposals • Conducting thorough market research and analyzing RFIs and RFPs • Developing content for various proposal sections • Close collaboration with the executive team • Strategic and systematic approach to securing federal contracts • Responding to the needs and objectives of DoD customers in proposal development roles • Management of all Capture activities and the Capture team • Proficiency in leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams • Exceptional time management abilities • Identification, research, and qualification of potential teaming partners, subcontractors, and consultants • Representation of the company's interests in the marketplace and with customers • Conducting research, analyzing Government documents, developing outlines and content, participating in color reviews, and revising sections as needed • Interpretation of Government customers' requirements and objectives concerning proposal evaluation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional time-management skills • Respected leadership and extensive proposal development experience • Drive progress effectively, anticipate challenges, and keep proposal activities on track
