Description
• Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for private equity entities • Prepare complex client work and delegate entry-level tasks • Identify tax issues, propose strategies, and research technical tax information • Supervise engagement teams, manage workflow, and provide job status updates • Develop relationships with firm professionals and clients • Coach and provide feedback to junior team members • Train others on tax preparation software and ensure high-quality work product
Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant work experience • Private equity tax compliance experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related major • CPA license and strong technical aptitude • Ability to work independently and lead a team
