Description
• Own our payments gateway integration, and our underlying infrastructure for provider payouts and patient billing. • Lead the development and optimization of our in-house ledger system, ensuring it meets GAAP standards and supports our complex patient and provider flows. • Develop a payments vision and strategy to support Headway’s growth and evolving business needs. • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations to align on priorities and drive step-changes to our systems.
Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience building payments infrastructure, financial systems, or data platforms. • Enjoy being a platform PM, jamming on technical concepts with your team, and pushing for technical quality. • Familiar with payment processors, gateways, financial data models, etc. • Enjoy being the translation layer between technical and non-technical teams, and driving alignment between them. • Plus if you have an understanding of GAAP principles and payments risk experience.
