Description
• Innovative multi-channel marketing specialist. • The position will oversee all aspects of email, text messaging, and social marketing campaigns for agent recruitment. • Market research and collaboration with co-workers across departments are required to ensure maximum conversion. • Candidates will be required to create accessible, engaging, and memorable emails, text messages, and social posts.
Requirements
• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or similar. • 3-5 years of proven experience creating high-impact, data-driven, unique marketing campaigns in the insurance recruitment field is strongly preferred but not required. • Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role. • Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software. • BlueShift and Salesforce platform knowledge is preferred. • Outstanding copywriting and editing abilities.
