Description
• Work closely with Director of Nursing, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure coordinated patient care • Provide services within the scope of occupational therapy, in accordance with the plan of care • Online Charting in Kinnser in a timely manner on company-provided devices
Requirements
• Current OT License to practice in California • Current CA Driver's License • Able to travel within a 15 to 25-mile radius on a regular basis • Coverage area Oakland-Richmond area as well as covering Walnut Creek-Brentwood, Tri-Valley
