Description

• Under the direct supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of MSO Operations leads the development and coordination of all Jasper MSO operations. • The incumbent develops and enforces operating protocols and standards, ensuring an effective and scalable cancer support and navigation services. • The Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership, directing, evaluating, and providing feedback to professional level employees who participate in the operations of the Jasper Health services. • The incumbent may serve as manager for up to 5 direct reports.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related healthcare field is required. • Preferred Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. • At least 7 years of professional experience with telehealth, or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the healthcare industry. • Experience with the development and support of telemedicine programs. • Demonstrated success in progressive supervisory or managerial positions is preferred. • Healthcare related clinical experience. • Experience working in an ambulatory care setting. • EMR experience.
