• At least four years of relevant work experience as a financial controller, CPA, work in financial operations, or similar • A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field or the equivalent hands-on experience • Experience on working on a large-scale diligence process, whether its a fundraising effort, acquisition, merger, or similar • Familiarity with QBO and similar software tools; advanced excel skills • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities - we are a rapid growth startup and need someone who can pivot as quickly as we do • Bonus points if you've worked at a small, rapidly growing startup
