Description
• Design of new drug candidates and synthetic routes • Management of chemistry teams, both internally and externally • Leadership of a talented medicinal chemistry team with direct reports • Serve as a functional area project lead for drug discovery projects • Collaborate cross-functionally to advance Hexagon Bio’s pipeline
Requirements
• Ph.D. degree in organic or medicinal chemistry and 7+ years of experience in an industrial (non-academic) medicinal chemistry setting • Ability to lead teams and projects • Track record of success in advancing projects • Ability to work at Menlo Park, CA laboratories
