Description
• Lead 3 to 4 teams developing high-level strategy with clients • Engage and support media efforts through social media • Measure the ROI of communications activities • Generate and edit award submissions and press materials • Mentor junior staff to elevate development • Maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards coworkers and clients
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience growing teams and delighting clients • Strong relationships particularly with business, broadcast and influencer media • Strong grasp and creative use of social media channels • Exceptional client management skills • Ability to manage PR Programs from kick off through achieving goals • Ability to think clearly in crisis situations • Ability to generate a plan for a campaign or an entire PR program • Professional, articulate and timely client communication • Maintain 2 direct reports, assist in development of goals • Proactively set up quarterly goals with principal; track against goals • Consistently hit deadlines or give enough notice if you won’t
