Description
• Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, technical guides, and online help documentation. • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather and verify technical information. • Organize and manage documentation repositories for easy access and version control. • Ensure all technical documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements. • Conduct thorough research to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation. • Analyze user feedback to improve documentation quality and usability. • Work closely with product development, QA, and marketing teams to understand product features and enhancements. • Participate in design reviews and provide input on usability and documentation needs.
Requirements
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy. • Experience in technical writing, particularly for IT and telecommunications. • Ability to present complex information in a user-friendly manner. • Familiarity with technical terminology related to SD-WAN, networking, and cybersecurity. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams across diverse geographical locations. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
