Description

• Conduct in-depth research with clinicians, patients, caregivers, and community members to understand their unique needs and challenges in rural healthcare. • Partner with product management and design teams to define user needs in the context of clinical service workflows and develop associated product requirements. • Lead the development and execution of user testing in simulated environments, ensuring that our solutions are validated and ready for deployment. • Analyze and synthesize research data to provide actionable insights that drive product development and improve user experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to prioritize key clinical services and develop a community engagement plan that supports the successful launch of our care delivery platform. • Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to enhance outcomes for our users. • Contribute to the design and modification of our care delivery vehicles to ensure they meet the modular needs of various hospital service workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, particularly within healthcare or related industries. • Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research that leads to actionable insights and successful product outcomes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Experience working on both physical and digital assets, with a focus on user-centered design. • Experience leveraging data analytics to measure product performance. • Experience with user feedback and iterate on features to continuously improve user experience and outcomes for both of digital and physical products. • Familiarity with physical design and modular healthcare solutions is a plus.
