• Lead a team of actuarial analysts • Develop monthly financial forecasts for Provider Organization (PO) partners • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and value clinical models • Drive insights through data analysis and modeling • Communicate outcomes to diverse teams
• Bachelor’s or Advanced (e.g., MBA, MS) degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field required • Relevant actuarial certification (e.g., ASA, FSA) and a member in good standing with the American Academy of Actuaries required • 5+ years of experience in actuarial roles • Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel • Strong data analysis skills using SQL and/or SAS • Ability to work independently and in a relatively unstructured manner • Demonstrate genuine curiosity on the job when performing data analysis • Excellent communication skills, you must be bold enough to speak up and ask for assistance when needed
