• Create content for HoneyBook Help Center and Education Hub. • Write the content that powers our member-facing knowledge base. • Partner with the team to drive Help Center execution. • Create technical documentation and how-to articles. • Contribute to shared goals and increase adoption of the HoneyBook product. • Work closely with Customer Support and Product Team to prioritize new content.
• 3+ years of experience writing customer-facing documents or equivalent. • High level of customer empathy in all you do. • Excellent at writing concise, easy to understand materials. • Love creating customer facing documentation and find opportunities to improve existing content. • Thrive when you take a project from beginning to end with high levels of autonomy. • Data driven, with an understanding of how analytics impact strategic decisions.
