• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to drive sales, maintain a luxury position and build brand awareness. • Identify and build relationships with key influencers across multiple platforms, with a focus on beauty, art and lifestyle verticals. • Oversee influencer campaign execution, ensuring seamless communication, content alignment, and successful delivery. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align influencer marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product launches. • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer best practices to maintain a competitive edge. • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely payments to influencers. • Build and maintain a network of influencers who are a strong fit for our brand • Spearhead the creation of content that generates sales, ensuring a strong impact on social media and retail sales • You will lead a team of focused on meeting all objectives and KPI’s as they pertain to Influencer Marketing and community growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. • Experience in the beauty, retail, luxury industries is highly preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. • Experience managing a team.
