•We are looking for a highly organised and service oriented AP Manager to join the AltoVita Finance Team for a maternity cover, for the following period: •Start: mid-October 2024 •End: mid-December 2024 •You will report to AltoVita’s Finance Director, and be part of a team of 6 in Finance which includes a Finance Manager, an AR Manager, and 4 bookkeepers. •The role will focus on the delivery of the day to day AP processes, assisting with bookkeeping on the AP side, and helping design and implement new processes in our ever evolving and expanding business. •We are looking for someone who wants to excel in being detail oriented and enjoys working in a dynamic team and business culture, and is eager to keep a steady bookkeeping and clean accounts. Due to the type of business we operate, it is quintessential to be fast but also accurate in both execution and communication.

Requirements

•3-5 years proven work experience in AP, ideally within the Hospitality sector •Experience with Xero as an accounting software •Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership •Strong communication skills, both internally and externally •Self-starter with an agile attitude and smart business acumen
