Description
• Communicate ideas visually for the design process and level of fidelity. • Contribute to shared strategy and cohesive roadmap in partnership with product and engineering. • Drive alignment, set goals, and motivate partners and team. • Understand customer journeys, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs. • Proactive communication, problem-solving, and dedication to continuous improvement. • Work autonomously with customer experience in mind using the Canvas design system. • Champion documentation efforts and knowledge sharing within the team. • Provide fast feedback loops to reduce project debt and enable timely decisions. • Involve cross-product groups for comprehensive solutions and consistency across HubSpot. • Craft a research-based design vision for high-priority moments in the customer journey.
