Description
• Staff Product Analysts set standards for data and analytics within HubSpot's Product organization • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Finance to analyze product usage • Define and execute high impact strategic projects autonomously • Mentor analysts and advise on analytical frameworks for projects • Build comprehension of product usage and retention strategies • Analyze data for insights on customer retention and product improvements • Create reports and dashboards for stakeholder communication
Requirements
• Academic or professional experience with quantitative, analytical focus • ~5 years minimum professional experience • Track record of driving organization-wide impact • Experience with enterprise-scale analytics architectures • Ability to write performant, complex SQL queries • Expertise with data analytics and statistical tools (R, Python) • Confidence with analytical and statistical techniques • Excellent communication, storytelling, collaboration skills • Passion for teaching, mentoring, or developing teams
