• Take charge of the entire quantitative research process • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources • Own the creation and refinement of behavior and data-based buyer personas and user segments • Craft compelling, data-driven narratives to present insights • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
• 4+ years of relevant experience in consumer insights, quantitative user experience (UX) research, market research, or a related field, focusing on quantitative methodologies. • Proven expertise in analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences to impact product, business, or design decisions. • Experience in developing buyer personas and conducting consumer segmentation. • Strong SQL skills. • Proficient in a statistical analysis tool e.g. R, STATA, or SPSS. • Fluent in various quantitative research methodologies including survey creation and analysis, and familiarity with qualitative methods. • Ability to develop and execute research projects end-to-end. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally. • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
