Description
• Founded in 2015 as a fully remote company by former NSA cyber operators • Huntress focuses on protecting small to midsize businesses by utilizing an award winning security platform • As a Senior Product Designer you will ensure a human-centered approach by gathering user feedback • Validate designs through user testing, surveys, and similar methods
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in User Experience Design with 5+ years of experience leading the design of high-impact digital experiences • Skilled at expressing & communicating design rationale • Ability to gather and analyze quantitative & qualitative data • Excellent design skills, with an understanding of development processes • Proven expertise in designing power-user SaaS experiences and interfaces • Strong familiarity with human-computer interaction psychology principles • Proficiency in working within an iterative design process • Expertise with design software (we use Figma at Huntress) • Familiarity with the Jobs-to-be-Done framework • Degree in design, psychology, computer science, or related field preferred • An online design portfolio is required for this position
