• Lead the strategy and growth of the global ecommerce business • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous growth in a fast evolving global ecommerce space • Optimize marketing P&L for profitable growth in global markets • Build and inspire a high-performing global eCommerce acquisition and marketing operations team • Ensure seamless and personalized customer experience across all digital channels
Requirements
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the online ecommerce space, especially from a global perspective. • Subject matter expertise in all ecommerce KPIs related to a customer’s journey, from first visit through ongoing retention over time. • Experience collaborating and communicating effectively across all levels of an organization, from C-level to individual contributor level. • Familiarity with product compliance, cross-border retail and global logistics a plus
