• support the assembly and integrated testing of our Mira space vehicle • work side-by-side with talented engineers and technicians on the shop floor • write and maintain work instructions, test plans, and other critical documentation • work on methods for accelerating the rate that we can build and process vehicles • work on tooling and fixturing that supports assembly and transport • resolve technical issues with innovative and resourceful solutions
• passionate about the space industry • hands-on experience with product or process improvements • demonstrated experience with CAD software and ability to learn new tools • hands-on experience with basic fabrication tools and processes (electric/pneumatic power tools, tube bending, machining, welding, etc.) • demonstrated experience working on a rocket club, FSAE/SAE or other related hardware team • minimum completion of 3rd year of undergrad
