Description
• Enhance Inkitt and Galatea's online presence and community • Develop, produce, and publish content aligning with brand strategy • Manage social media communities and engage the audience • Manage relationships with Inkitt authors and affiliate authors • Handle author email inboxes and day-to-day conversations • Distribute information about Inkitt to external reading and writing communities • Support the operational needs of the Inkitt team
Requirements
• Startup mindset, excel in a fast-paced environment • Prefer a hybrid work model • 3+ years of experience in social media and community management • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices • Experience in managing social media campaigns • Strong storytelling and writing skills • In-depth understanding of social media marketing and branding • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on business needs • Creativity in content strategy and growth opportunities
