Description
• Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance covering various aspects • Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes • Implement reports and dashboards • Execute unit testing to confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria as implemented • Peer review of other developers’ user stories • Provide technical documentation as required • Development, management, and configuration of ServiceNow applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks • Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implement required functionality involving technical leads as required
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with software design and development • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core platform • Multiple implementations of ServiceNow modules within the last 2 years • Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, AngularJS and CSS • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Ideal candidate would possess CSA, CAD, and a minimum of 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and 5 micro-certifications (or would acquire these certifications within 6 months of hire)
