â˘Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage prospects in a meaningful way resulting in pipeline generation aligned to key segments â˘Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end campaign process including planning, execution, and tracking of tactical campaign activities. Ensure all campaign deliverables â˘Content Partnership: Collaborate with the content team to identify and recommend assets and offers that map to the buyer journey at each stage of the funnel â˘Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, including funnel metrics to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations. â˘Funnel metrics: Monitor and report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform campaign strategy â˘Collaboration: Partner closely with cross functional teams including sales, PMM, content, field and brand to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives to maximize impact â˘Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation and other best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency
â˘5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B technology company. Industry experience is a plus. â˘Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns across key channels that generate pipeline â˘Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind across multiple campaign channels â˘Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions â˘Strong understanding of funnel metrics and their impact on campaign strategy â˘Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail â˘Experience using automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach. â˘You enjoy working with a sales team and have experience managing this relationship as a key marketing partner â˘Exceptional communication skills; you are able to clearly and concisely craft messages to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to management teams
