Description

•Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage prospects in a meaningful way resulting in pipeline generation aligned to key segments •Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end campaign process including planning, execution, and tracking of tactical campaign activities. Ensure all campaign deliverables •Content Partnership: Collaborate with the content team to identify and recommend assets and offers that map to the buyer journey at each stage of the funnel •Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, including funnel metrics to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations. •Funnel metrics: Monitor and report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform campaign strategy •Collaboration: Partner closely with cross functional teams including sales, PMM, content, field and brand to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives to maximize impact •Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation and other best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

•5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B technology company. Industry experience is a plus. •Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns across key channels that generate pipeline •Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind across multiple campaign channels •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions •Strong understanding of funnel metrics and their impact on campaign strategy •Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail •Experience using automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach. •You enjoy working with a sales team and have experience managing this relationship as a key marketing partner •Exceptional communication skills; you are able to clearly and concisely craft messages to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to management teams
