Description
• Build and support relationships throughout the organization for CEO initiatives as needed. • Schedule meetings and manage logistics including conference room bookings and meals. • Maintain the CEO’s complex calendar and resolve scheduling issues. • Monitor the CEO’s email: organize, prioritize, and draft responses. • Anticipate executive's needs and prepare materials for meetings. • Coordinate and plan various events and onsite meetings.
Requirements
• 3+ years of prior experience supporting C suite level employees • Must be proficient in all G Suite applications • Willingness to learn and utilize advanced techniques (AI) to improve the way we work; getting it done in cutting edge ways. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional ability to ruthlessly prioritize and have a bias for action • Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail • Ability to communicate and work well with a wide range of team members and their respective work styles, and a genuine enjoyment of relationship-building
