Description
• Monitor, supervise and balance workflow of the interdisciplinary virtual clinical care team. • Provide leadership, coaching and development for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce. • Optimize staffing, performance, compliance, productivity, and satisfaction of direct reports. • Foster a team environment between all direct reports, practice partners and internal stakeholder partners. • Collaborate and problem-solve with virtual clinical operations managers to resolve issues that arise. • Assist with interviewing candidates and training of new hires.
Requirements
• Hold an active unrestricted clinical license (RN, SW, RD, PharmD) • Must reside in Puerto Rico • Must be bilingual - verbal and written Spanish and English proficiency required • Related renal or chronic disease care management experience. • Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role involving people management. • Excellent analytical and leadership skills. • Strong computer skills and organizational skills.
