Description

• The mission of Trust Machines is to grow the Bitcoin economy. • Trust Machines is seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead engineering projects. • Oversee engineering efforts across the team, including blockchain protocols and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Available to work 9AM-12PM ET hours • 5+ years of experience in software development • 2+ years management experience • A deep understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and architecture. You won't be required to code on your own, but you must understand technical challenges and be capable of suggesting solutions • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product teams to align technical projects with business objectives, understanding product lifecycle management • Thrives in an environment of high agency and ownership • Strong emotional intelligence, as well as excellent written and verbal communication. • Strong ability to make data-driven decisions, understand user behavior, and guide product strategy • Proven experience in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure coding best practices for user data protection • Motivational leader with experience in leading teams through change • Experience in technical hiring, including assessing technical skills and ensuring team fit
