Description

• Manage all monthly billing cycle activities covering one-time, recurring, and usage based invoicing. • Perform invoice review and validation to ensure the ongoing completeness and accuracy of customer invoices. • Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and dispute resolution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders when necessary. • Identify and track billing variances through daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations. • Support month-end and ad-hoc reporting tasks as needed. • Implement best practices and process improvements to scale the billing function to support growth. • Act as a subject matter expert and participate actively in ERP, CRM, and billing system updates and improvements, including user acceptance testing and implementation. • Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs. • Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls throughout the billing process. • Support internal and external audits. • Perform special projects as requested.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of subscription billing experience, preferably in a high growth company. • B2B SaaS experience. • Strong billing systems expertise. Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and a high level of accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
