Description

• Lead the front-end development of the next generation of our Platform, maintaining a balance of high-quality user experience and performance • Act as a key problem-solver for complex front-end technical challenges, leveraging a deep understanding of React and modern front-end engineering principles to guide the team toward effective solutions • Deep collaboration with architects to design and implement the next generation of our Platform

Requirements

• Experience: 8-10+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer, specializing in cloud-based solutions and React/TypeScript development. Individual should understand fundamentals like SOLID principles and possess strong object oriented development skills • Platform Development: Demonstrated hands-on experience in architecting and building a platform from inception to go-live (0-1) • Cloud & Security Proficiency: Deep understanding of AWS and cloud security best practices to ensure platform robustness and compliance • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and collaborating with a diverse team • Proven Delivery: Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality software solutions, adhering to high standards of performance and maintainability • Problem-solving Prowess: Tenacious problem-solver thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing unique experiences and perspectives to shape innovative solutions
