• Kaeppel Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Systems Business Analyst. • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Utilize understanding of finance systems to guide discussions and provide insights. • Analyze and document current business processes and recommend improvements. • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Assist in development of test plans and conduct system testing. • Support business in managing changes to finance systems and ensure smooth adoption. • Create comprehensive documentation for stakeholders. • Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Business Analyst, with a focus on finance systems. • Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and terminology, with the ability to translate technical information into business language. • Experience working with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday, NetSuite). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions that align with business goals. • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, or Agile. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Bachelors in finance or related field. • Experience in the finance or banking industry. • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or similar. • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
