• Build and manage Scaled Customer Success strategies • Develop a comprehensive Scaled Customer Success program • Understand customer segments and engagement • Drive automation and contribute to health scoring • Enhance webinar series and evaluate self-serve experience • Design business intelligence capabilities • Build relationships with marketing, product, and customer teams
Requirements
• 3-5+ years executing customer success programs in B2B SaaS • Success powered by analytical skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Proven ability to assess and onboard new technologies • Ability to move from ideation to execution • Experience working cross-functionally • Ability to keep projects on track • Feedback and constructive communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication
