Description
• Drive Kargo’s software sprint planning processes • Work closely with Kargo’s software team to ensure timeline and result line up with product requirements • Proactively identify and resolve issues • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on status and risks • Build out and execute robust testing process • Support software team, operations team, and customer success team in troubleshooting and bug fixes
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience working with software developers, product managers, data scientists, and/or business analysts • Technical project/program manager experience at a technology company • Experience in Agile software development with expertise in Scrum methodology • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams • Strong technical understanding of software systems is a plus • Bachelor’s degree
