• Be a proven leader that can effectively coach and lead the global K4B SMB customer-facing team to meet and exceed objectives and key results • Uncover opportunities, measure product performance and help drive strategy forward • Built, grow and manage a portfolio of SMB segment clients • Lead, grow and manage team of sales and account management staff • Leverage data to optimize customer performance, drive revenue and improve user experience • Develop strong relationships internally and externally and work cross-functionally with the KAYAK commercia, product, marketing and engineering teams • Monitor the competitive landscape, identify K4B SMB weaknesses and implement plan to close gaps
• 5+ years of business development experience in corporate travel industry, ideally focused on SMB segment working for a travel agency • Strong business development and problem-solving skills coupled with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” • Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships • Proven track record of exceeding expectations through superior execution • Ability to focus on key priorities while managing multiple projects • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must • Likes working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience working with global teams in multiple locations
