• Develop and manage project schedules to track progress and ensure timely completion. • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contract documents and project commitments. • Procure necessary project resources and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and trade partners. • Participate in scheduled project meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. • Visit active job sites regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. • 5-20 years of wood-framed construction project management experience. • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project and Excel. • Ability to adapt to KCG standards and programs while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
