Description

• Assist clients in financial analysis and planning, including budgeting and forecasting. • Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings. • Perform financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. • Conduct internal control reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements. • Assist in the preparation of business valuations and feasibility studies. • Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and tax regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial services to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. • Active CPA license or eligibility to obtain a CPA license. • years of experience in public accounting or financial consulting. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations. • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and team members. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
