Description

• Define the role of each influencer category within the broader growth marketing ecosystem and develop and execute a go-to-market plan to maximize incremental revenue. • Strategically build and launch our Ambassador program. • Source and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders to drive brand awareness and engagement. • Lead the development and ongoing management of partnerships, from initial outreach to ongoing engagement, ensuring an exceptional experience with our brand from end to end. • Work with various internal teams to align all partnerships with our brand values, messaging, and mission. • Collaborate with the Creative and Paid Acquisition teams to source and utilize paid creator content. • Manage daily reporting and tracking to optimize campaigns and performance, applying data insights to enhance future campaign efficiencies. • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Kikoff stays at the forefront of influencer marketing. • Manage influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in Influencer Marketing. • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition. • Strong understanding of Acquisition Marketing. • Data-driven with a deep understanding of measurement and incrementality. • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced work environment. • Data-driven, love diving into analytics, and use insights to inform your decisions (experience with Amplitude and Excel are a plus). • Current on social media trends, especially on platforms like Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok. • Knowledgeable about the Paid Social space, platforms, and how creator networks function and scale on them. • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
