• Lead the remainder of the annual budget process ensuring internal reporting is set-up, financials align with guidance from the parent company, and internal management. This may include: decks, modeling scenarios, ad hoc analysis, etc • Lead and support the close process. Ensure actuals are accurate, escalate any issues to respective parties, and all submissions are delivered as per parent company’s deadlines • Lead forecasting process. Work closely with budget owners and accounting to understand actuals and work through forecasting with a tight turnaround timeframe. High focus on accuracy as we approach year-end. Ensure all submissions & ad hoc analysis are delivered on time to the parent company. • Lead and support year-end processes for FP&A, GL accounting, operational accounting. This may include: leading YE wrap up decks & narrative for senior audience, supporting 1099 process with accounting, parent company’s internal audit compliance, etc. • Experience building decks that link business objectives/story to financials • Experience with headcount modeling & scenario building • Comfortable with building models, working with dirty data, and synthesizing large amounts of data into actionable next steps • Comfort level working through high level scenarios/conversations with leadership and modeling corresponding long range plan (3+yrs) • Ad hoc analysis as needed
• Prior experience managing Accounting and FP&A teams & processes • Prior experience successfully working across all levels from leadership team to IC • Prior experience managing multiple high visibility deliverables under tight deadlines • Attention to detail is critical for this role • Anaplan and Adaptive experience is a plus
