🔄 Hybrid – Los Angeles
• Ensure KIPP SoCal's compliance with federal, state, authorizer, KIPP Foundation, and other stakeholder requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across all HR systems. • Develop audit reporting and metrics to continuously monitor the accuracy and completeness of staff data. • Build and maintain automated data quality reports to ensure timely detection and resolution of data issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and establish key data quality metrics for timesheets, payroll, and other HR processes, and regularly share insights with the organization. • Proactively identify potential system and data issues in Kronos, resolving them before they impact the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience is required • 2 or more years of HRIS or other data management system experience preferred • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product, with Kronos is preferred but not required • Systems implementation experience a plus • Project or product management experience • Scripting experience a plus, but willingness to learn required (SQL, R, Python, Batch, JavaScript, HTML, etc.) • Experience with Business Intelligence tools a plus (Tableau, Qlikview, Microstrategy, etc.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience breaking down multi-step procedures into attainable pieces and communicating them to stakeholders • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals • Attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met in accordance with policy reporting • Ability to keep information confidential • Proficient with Google suite
