Description

• We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of Kixie’s Dialer product. • The Dialer is a core component of our platform, enabling sales teams to make more calls, connect with more prospects, and close more deals efficiently. • You will be responsible for setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a best-in-class dialer experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products. • Experience managing and launching communication tools or telephony products, preferably a dialer or related product. • Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and measure success. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Preference given to candidates located in the Los Angeles, CA area.
