Description
• Manage daily accounting operations: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, financial reporting. • Develop and maintain internal control policies to ensure financial data integrity. • Prepare and present financial statements: income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits. • Implement and maintain financial systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Requirements
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a SaaS company. • Experience in start-up environments and managing finances and cash in high-growth companies. • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition principles and metrics. • Excellent knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of integrity and professionalism.
