Description

• Sales Development Representative responsible for reaching leads or prospects and generating interest in KNOREX XPO platform and services

Requirements

• Execute consultative selling skills identifying customer needs - via telephone and email - and developing a value-added proposition supported by KNOREX product offerings • Meet/exceed outbound dials and emails, prospecting and lead qualification • Demonstrable ability to get past the gatekeeper and to the appropriate decision makers • Act proactively to create opportunities for new sales with current customers or prospects • Emphasize KNOREX XPO service and product features and benefits • Maintain & expand the database of leads and prospects for the organization • Conducting business dealings in a professional and proactive manner • Being a trusted advisor for customers as well as internal contacts • Be fast & flexible in a fast-paced evolving environment • Utilize CRM system on a consistent daily basis to self-manage selling activity, contacts, deals, strategies, reporting, and communications • Safeguard of confidential information within Knorex as well as information entrusted to us by external parties

• Must have a proven track record of inside sales experience • 3-5 years business-to-business, telemarketing and inside sales experience required • Digital media, digital marketing or advertising technology experience preferred • Exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills • Excellent organization and presentation skills • Excellent time management skills • Highly energetic, motivated self-starter • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required • Salesforce CRM experience a plus • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Good awareness about information security and confidentiality
