Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer retention. • Collaborate with the Government Relations and Sales team to educate and build relationships with prospective clients and key government stakeholders, guiding them from awareness to consideration. • Organize and attend trade shows, conferences, and coalitions on behalf of the company. • Manage our growth marketing agency and paid marketing activities. • Manage of our PR agency and all activities. • Launch educational materials for the prospective clients and government agencies. • Create and communicate a positive image for the Company at a global level. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. • Create localized strategies to target prospective clients. • Be a team player and assist in whatever is company priority. • Manage all marketing facets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a senior marketing role • Experience in the legal / compliance industry preferred and for SAAS products • Strong understanding of digital marketing and traditional marketing channels • Experience managing relationships with community groups / organizations • Experience leading teams directly and cross-functionally related to compliance, regulation, and policy • Experience managing marketing and PR agencies • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills • The ability to navigate the public & private sector landscapes • Enjoys working with external customers and takes personal pride and ownership to make them successful • Highly creative and curious about clients’ products or services
