Description

• Drive the product definition, strategy and long term vision for delivering our core product offering to providers • Collaborate with the engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap to ensure delivery of impactful and high quality user experiences that drive business results • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that all voices are heard and considered in the product development process • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the user experience is at the forefront of all decisions • Utilize analytics and user data to inform product decisions, drive growth and measure the success of product initiatives • Effectively present and communicate strategy, implementation and growth plans to various collaborators ranging from executive leadership to customers • Be a team player and assist in whatever is company priority

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience • Entrepreneurial experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics • Experience in legal and compliance industry/SAAS products preferred • Strong understanding of software development processes and concepts, systems thinking, analytics, and experiment design • Experience in defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them • Experience using data to tell an insightful story • Customer obsessed mindset. You have the ability to take complex product challenges and find elegant solutions for a simple and efficient user experience • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills • The ability to navigate the public & private sector landscapes
