• Assist in designing and implementing technical solutions that meet client requirements. • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and provide appropriate technical solutions. • Participate in client meetings to gather technical requirements and provide technical support. • Help create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, user manuals, and API documentation. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation and post-deployment. • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving solution processes and methodologies. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Basic understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud computing. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
